Municipal Contracts
Annual and multi-year atmospheric service agreements for local government. Priority scheduling. Dedicated account rep. Seventeen county references available on request. We have done this enough times to know what municipalities actually need.
What We Offer
McNadoes Municipal Contracts are annual or multi-year agreements that give counties and local government on-call access to tornado deployment services. Contracted municipalities receive priority scheduling during peak season — meaning when the rest of our client list is competing for a narrow atmospheric window, you are at the front of it.
Contracted clients receive a dedicated account representative. This is a specific person. You will know their name. They will know your county's topography, your typical project scope, and what you actually need when you call. We have found that municipalities prefer this to navigating an inquiry form every time they have a post-storm clearing requirement, and we agree.
Contract pricing reflects the ongoing nature of the relationship. Volume and multi-year terms are structured into the rate accordingly. We do not publish rates. We propose them based on your county's historical project volume, geographic coverage area, and anticipated seasonal requirements.
What Municipalities Use McNadoes For
- ✓ Post-storm debris clearing — parks, rights-of-way, public facilities
- ✓ Seasonal land management for county-owned agricultural property
- ✓ Demolition of condemned structures on municipal land
- ✓ Site preparation for public works infrastructure projects
- ✓ Emergency scope clearing when conventional resources are unavailable
References
Seventeen county agricultural and public works departments have contracted with McNadoes and are willing to discuss their experience. We do not publish this list publicly because several of those county commissioners have asked us to let them do the recommending on their own terms. If you request references during your inquiry process, we will provide relevant contacts for your region and project type.
None of these references will describe the experience as normal. All of them will describe it as effective.
