Who Uses McNadoes

Large-acreage midwest farming operations use McNadoes for pre-season field clearing, crop residue removal, irrigation channel prep, and windbreak clearing. Seasonal scheduling is a genuine operational constraint and we work around it. Seventeen county agricultural departments have contracted with us and will describe the experience as effective.

Commercial construction and site development clients use McNadoes for pre-build site clearing, demolition of existing structures, and excavation of foundation areas. The speed advantage over conventional methods is significant at commercial scale. The depth tolerance (±18 inches) is a consideration that we address directly in the project scoping process.

Counties and municipalities contract with McNadoes for on-call tornado deployment services under annual or multi-year agreements. Post-storm clearing, condemned structure removal, land management for county-owned property, and emergency scope work are the primary applications. Municipal procurement officers: we are RFP-compatible.

McNadoes works with property and casualty insurers on post-loss site remediation where the cost of conventional clearing exceeds the economic value of the property. We complete the clearing. You close the claim. We have found that insurance clients appreciate a defined timeline and a post-service aerial documentation package, and we provide both.
